a rare 1880s goathair sporran

White with two white horsehair tassels, this sporran has a pierced cantle in celtic motif, backed with black patent leather, and retains its original chain. This is definately an angora goathair sporran; the silky texture of the hair is extremely fine. Centred below the cantle is a sterling badge for a Clan Bruce association
